| Welcome to Rotherwick Village Hall. From here you can find out what’s happening at the Hall and check availability from the diary, check booking rates, terms and conditions and facilities and e-mail your booking request. You can view internal pictures and a plan of the hall. The hall is used most days of the week for regular clubs, and can also be hired for such events as Wedding Receptions, Parties, Barn Dances and Brownie Pack Holidays. To book the Village Hall or to obtain further information please contact the booking secretary: 01256 762055 (between 10:00am and 7:00pm only please) Alternatively e-mail your booking request with date(s) and time(s), including preparation time, and a contact phone number. Also please advise if you would like the date held provisionally if it is available. PLEASE NOTE: A 30% deposit will be required for all bookings with the full amount due no later than 14 days before the event date. In addition a refundable security deposit will be required for all Weddings and Parties and the standard terms and conditions have been updated. Site last updated
